These details are used to coordinate requests and answer questions. The forms do not subscribe you to marketing emails, and this website does not collect payment information.
Cookies and storage
The website uses a session cookie to protect form submissions and limit repeated requests. It does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Records are stored in a database on the host’s server. The hosting provider may maintain technical access logs.
Access and deletion
Contact the organizer using the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Include the email address used and any request reference. Records remain until the site owner removes them; the operator should set and publish a retention period before public launch.
